CORE Pathway: Healthy Work Environments (seats available)
April 10, 2019 (08:30AM – 12:30PM, Coquihalla Room, 2nd floor, 1190 Hornby St.)
This module is based on building positive workplace relationships and creating a safe and health organization through engagement of employees and stakeholders.
At the conclusion of HWE, participants will be able to:
- Apply the tools and techniques to build trust and to take people’s differences into account when creating a new team or rejuvenating an established team
- Use the necessary team processes and dynamics that must be in place to foster and sustain a respectful workplace, and demonstrate appropriate use
- Create an environment of safety for review of mistakes where learning is the norm
- Engage others in the creation of a healthy workplace
