As many of you are aware, globally, cardiovascular diseases affect 1 out of 3 women, yet women everywhere are under-studied, under-diagnosed, under-treated, and under-aware when it comes to their heart and vascular health. To raise awareness, and support, Canadian Women’s Heart Health Alliance is planning their 5^th annual Wear Red Canada campaign for Monday, February 13^th. The event is a panel-style “Ask the Experts” on the topics of women’s heart and brain health, hosted at the KPMG Sea to Sky Centre downtown, as well as live on Facebook. This is a free event and a great opportunity for patients to learn more and connect with support and resources regarding women’s heart health. Posters have been posted in patient areas.

We also welcome everybody to wear red on February 13^th.
