Help PHC to advance our first planetary health strategic plan and fulfill our Mission: Forward goal of becoming the public health care sector industry environmental sustainability leader in B.C.
All PHC staff and medical staff are eligible to apply for grants of up to $5,000 for a one-year project. Up to three teams will be awarded in the 2024-25 program. Mentorship is available.
Applications are due December 31, 2024
