PHC is the largest faith-based health care organization in Canada, providing a broad spectrum of care and service to patients with diverse medical needs spanning all age groups.
We are an organization comprised of three acute-care sites and multiple residential-care facilities. We not only provide primary and secondary care to our populations of emphasis and communities of need; we are also a highly-regarded Academic Health Science Centre providing cutting-edge tertiary and quaternary services that make us provincial, national and international leaders in many areas of endeavour and discovery.
As a key leader in the UBC-affiliated teaching hospital system, in addition to our affiliation with other Academic Partners such as SFU and BCIT, we are proud of our faculty’s contribution to the development of tomorrow’s health professionals, teachers and scientists.
